Hurricane Michael

Our thoughts are with those who have been impacted by Hurricane Michael. Premium grace periods will be extended for a period of 90 days from 10/15/18 in the following Florida counties: Bay, Calhoun, Franklin, Gadsen, Gulf, Hamilton, Holmes, Jackson, Leon, Liberty, Madison, Suwanee, Taylor, Wakulla and Washington.

We are sensitive to the special circumstances of those who need to discuss any billing, service or claims issues that may arise on policies for those areas impacted by this natural disaster.

Hurricane Florence

Our thoughts are with those who have been impacted by Hurricane Florence. Premium grace periods will be extended as follows:
- In South Carolina, there is a 60-day moratorium on cancellation for nonpayment of premiums beginning 9/14/18.
- In the North Carolina counties of Beaufort, Brunswick, Cataret, Craven, New Hanover, Onslow, Pamlico and Pender, there is a 90-day moratorium on cancellation for nonpayment of premiums begining 9/14/18.

Columbian Financial Group Employees Help Feed the Community

Employees of Columbian Financial Group gathered at CHOW®, the Community Hunger Outreach Warehouse, located at 3 Otseningo Street, Binghamton, on Wednesday, July 18th to donate over 4 tons of food they collected at their Binghamton offices.

Please be sure to mail all correspondence to our Binghamton office at P.O. Box 1381, Binghamton, NY 13902-1381. Express mail should be sent to 4704 Vestal Parkway East, Vestal, NY 13850.

Hurricane Irma

Once again, many families are facing the devastating effects of a natural disaster. The last thing they need to be faced with is losing their valuable life insurance coverage. We are now extending the grace period for an additional 30 days in Florida counties affected by Hurricane Irma. We are sensitive to the special circumstances of those who need to discuss any billing, service, or claims issues that may arise on policies for those areas impacted by the hurricane.

Hurricane Harvey

Our thoughts are with those who have been impacted by Hurricane Harvey and the devastating flooding in its wake. In order to protect our policyholders and their families, we will extend the premium grace period for an additional 60 days for policyholders in counties affected by the hurricane. We are sensitive to the special circumstances of those who need to discuss any billing, service, or claims issues that may arise on policies for those areas impacted by this natural disaster.

Columbian Financial Group Employees Help Feed the Community

Employees of Columbian Financial Group have collected more than 3 ½ tons of food at their Binghamton offices, which will be donated to CHOW, the Community Hunger Outreach Warehouse, on Wednesday, June 8th at 10:30 a.m. in a special presentation ceremony at Columbian’s Vestal Parkway offices.

December 4, 2015 – Columbian Financial Group is pleased to announce the promotion of Michael Fosbury to the position of President effective January 1, 2016. Thomas E. Rattmann, Columbian’s Chairman & Chief Executive Officer, indicated that along with this promotion, Michael has also been elected to Columbian’s Board of Directors.
