It is never too early to plan for retirement. Columbian offers a maximum 8% company contribution, including an employer match on the first on 6% of your deductions and an additional 4% of your biweekly earnings - regardless of your participation.

Paid Time Off

When you work hard, time off is important. Columbian offers a minimum of 20 days of paid time off (prorated the first year based on your start date), increasing with your years of service, along with a generous number of paid holidays.

Education and Training

Get paid and get educated! Columbian reimburses $5,000 annually for eligible higher education classes and supports enrollment in a variety of training programs to assist you in achieving your employee learning and performance goals.
